Delicious Dining Experience

I had an lovely dining experience at the Tropicana Restaurant, where I was welcomed warmly by a fantastic staff member named H Zuyn. Her genuine care and attentiveness made our mealtime truly enjoyable. I especially loved the chicken Pho, a fragrant noodle broth that I couldn't get enough of. Each meal was a treat!

Relaxing Spa Retreat

I can wholeheartedly recommend the IN BALANCE SPA BY NOVOTEL. I indulged in a Bamboo Detox Full Body massage using heated bamboo sticks with essential oils, which was absolutely excellent. The ambiance was tranquil, and the staff's professionalism made the experience even more good. It's a must-try when staying at the resort!

Kid-Friendly Facilities

My stay at the resort was overall very pleasant, with a variety of activities and beautiful grounds. The family-friendly amenities, like kids' pools and activities, were fantastic.
