I had an lovely dining experience at the Tropicana Restaurant, where I was welcomed warmly by a fantastic staff member named H Zuyn. Relaxing Spa Retreat

I can wholeheartedly recommend the IN BALANCE SPA BY NOVOTEL. I indulged in a Bamboo Detox Full Body massage using heated bamboo sticks with essential oils, which was absolutely excellent. The ambiance was tranquil, and the staff's professionalism made the experience even more good. It's a must-try when staying at the resort!

Kid-Friendly Facilities
